Within a radius of a few hundred metres the span runs from hearty Swiss comfort to modern cooking. A rustic cheese fondue in a traditional inn on the Stadthausplatz, authentic Italian pasta in the small restaurants of the old town, a craft beer in a snug bar on the Spielmatte, or a sunny afternoon coffee right by the water — good food is, quite literally, around the corner.

Fresh bread from the baker, local alpine cheese and regional produce are a few steps away on foot in the Städtli. For the weekly shop, large retailers such as Migros and Coop, and specialist shops around Interlaken West station, are only a few minutes away.

Families and couples find a complete setting here. Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens are in the neighbourhood, sports facilities and clubs offer countless ways to spend free time, and the FMI hospital in Unterseen is only a short walk away on the Weissenaustrasse.
